Limitation of Liability:
In the event that you have any dispute arising from the purchase and/or use of a domain purchased through TicketBizDomains.com, you agree to release TicketBizDomains.com, and its agents, officers, directors and employees from any and all claims, demands and damages (actual or consequential) of every kind and nature, disclosed or undisclosed, arising out of or in connection with any such dispute ("Claim or Demand"). If you are a California resident, you agree to waive California Civil Code Section 1542, which states in part that: "A general release does not extend to claims which the creditor does not know or suspect to exist in his favor at the time of executing the release, which if known by him might have materially affected his settlement with the debtor." TicketBizDomains.com does not, and you agree that you will not ask it to, enforce the terms of any agreement to which it is not a party.
